This session engages participants by sharing accepted survey methodology techniques, strategies to increase response rates & representativeness of underserved families, & stresses the importance of the review of FE programs & practices to ensure equitable Family Outcomes data and engagement. This session will also address new C4 requirements including nonresponse bias.
