The purpose of this study was to describe perspectives of parents, providers, and leadership on family-centered care coordination (FC-CC) in Early Intervention (El). A case study approach was used to understand FC-CC attributes. Interviews were conducted and specific themes were derived through an iterative process guided by a conceptual model. Twenty-three stakeholders from 5 states completed interviews. Analyses revealed major themes related to systems- and individual-level facilitators and barriers to optimal El FC-CC and sub-themes related to system complexity, system collaboration, and agency teaming, individual-level service provision, and service coordination. Results could contribute to the development of best practice recommendations to optimize FC-CC.
